Refund policy

All sales are final.

Every item from AV Simplistics is made to order and produced internationally specifically for your order. Because production begins as soon as your order is placed, we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delayed delivery due to international shipping.

Please review the size guide and product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about fit or sizing, contact us before ordering at contact@avsimplistics.com and we'll help you choose correctly.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us at contact@avsimplistics.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items are made to order, we're unable to modify or cancel an order once production has begun. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after ordering — we'll do our best to accommodate if production hasn't started.

Shipping Delays
International orders may take 2–3 weeks to arrive due to production and customs processing. Delayed delivery does not qualify for a refund; see our Shipping page for current estimated timelines.
