Shipping policy

All AV Simplistics pieces are made to order. Production begins as soon as your order is placed, which means every item is crafted specifically for you rather than pulled from pre-made inventory.

Estimated timeline: 2–3 weeks from order to delivery, factoring in production time, international shipping, and customs processing. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — actual delivery times can vary depending on your location and current order volume.

Tracking: once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Customs & duties: international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
